ioki Passenger App

Product selection 2.0

The product selection in the ioki Passenger App has been completely revised.

• Many operators offer multiple products in various service areas.
• The new overview makes it easier for passengers to navigate the app to find the product they need.
• This big improvement will be rolled out gradually over the coming weeks.

Outstanding payments in the app

The payment of outstanding invoices in the ioki Passenger App has been improved.

• The new feature encourages self-service for users and at the same time reduces the effort required by the operator to manually request outstanding payments.
• Passengers are sent an e-mail and a push notification with a link leading directly to the app where they can settle outstanding amounts quickly and easily.

Calendar selection on iOS

On smartphones with iOS operating system, the desired day of travel can now be selected via the calendar.

• Previously, the date was selected by scrolling.
• The new view makes the booking process more user-friendly.
